“I started working with Jen in October of 2020 after 10 years of my weight fluctuating 30lbs at least once a year. When we started working together, I would have answered “no” to if I thought I had unhealthy eating habits.
Looking back that was not truthful.
I regularly jumped on board with whatever new nutrition fad was floating around at the time with little to no understanding about what that was doing to my body.
